I&#039;ve noticed the shift toward the &quot;take no prisoners&quot; stance, too. It&#039;s taking me much longer to resolve matters these days. I now realize why they call them the &quot;Hot Lines&quot;....because after enduring that on-hold music that splits your ear one moment while making you wonder if your phone (or ear) went dead the next and then dealing with individuals have been told to ignore everything you just told them and simply ask, &quot;...so when are we to expect payment?&quot; (and this is before they transfer you to Collections), you&#039;re really HOT!!!!</description>
