OK…I have filed my 2008 Federal Taxes and my refund will post to my savings account tomorrow–will the NEW Stimulus Bill due to be signed on 02/16/09 (Presidents Day) require me to Amend?

There should be very few returns that will need to be amended as a result of the stimulus bill. There may be some businesses which are affected, but that’s about it.
