		<description>That is frightening - after all, who makes terroristic threats but a terrorists?  We already know that the government reserves the right to detain terrorists without charge - and anyone who donates money or renders aid to a terrorist can also be detained.

I know, I know... the government would never use the law against its own citizens in such a manner and so forth.  However, it is frightening that they have the &lt;em&gt;power&lt;/em&gt; to do so.  This is what is meant by &quot;freedom isn&#039;t free&quot;.</description>
