I did so when I brought a property, Got on a payment plan, they said I owed from 2004 to 2007 paid that off, As soon as I finished paying the next month they sent out a letter stating I owe from 2001 to 2003. I stated that, that should have been told to me in the begenning. The taxes on the property is $950 per yr, with the penalty and intrest it comes to almost $9000. I feel as though this is not fair.
