Snipes to be Sentenced Today

Wesley Snipes will find out today whether he will spend time in prison for convictions on three misdemeanor counts of willfully failing to file taxes. Snipes was acquitted on other misdemeanor and felony charges by a jury in February.

Richard Hatch Will Survive… In Jail.

Richard Hatch may survive but only after completing his 51 month prison sentence for tax evasion.
The former “Survivor” champion had filed an appeal to reduce his prison sentence after being convicted of not paying taxes on his “Survivor” winnings. The court failed to overturn the conviction, leaving Hatch to finish out his full sentence.
