I haven't checked the hold music lately. Some tax friends and I were wondering why the IRS used a Russian composer for their hold music. Have they switched to someone from the U.S.A.?

I just glad when the IRS finally updated the hold music from swan lake! Our office had a horrible time with the IRS last year and making them understand their OWN rules as stated in publications. We were on the phone for an average of an hour per customer fixing returns related to the Midwestern Disaster.

I'm hoping for a better season this year. Of course the last time I called, they hung up on me or we were "conveniently" disconnected.

What we need is a limit on the amount of laws that Congress can pass. If they want to pass a new one, they need to repeal an old one. CoughAMTCough.
