		<description>I wonder if WalMart will be also offering on the spot refund anticipation loans.  That would be more helpful in persuading people to spend money at WalMart.

Anyway, I don&#039;t know what&#039;s worse -- WalMart doing it for free or someone in Banglore doing it for 32 rupees a day.</description>
