		<description>As a resident of Pennsylvania, I'm not upset about the state tax.  It's the Business Privilege Tax and Net Profits tax that irk me.  They don't even exclude the first $6,000 - 10,000 dollars of income -- as a small business in Philadelphia I am taxed from the first dollar I bring in.</description>

NH doesn't collect state income tax either.  Unless the legislature and the governor have passed a law they haven't publicized!  We do have a  tax on business income though.</description>
