		<description>For George W's sake (Pete's on vacation:), who expects any kind of rational behavior from the Feds, especially the IRS. If politicians and bureaucrats suddenly become logical, reasonable, rational thinking adults then the Americans would have to follow their lead. And that's about as likely as Dick Cheney endorsing his cousin in the election.</description>

		<description>not to say anything at all about the environmental cost, nor the horrendous difficulty opening the darn envelope/notice/horrid/thingie... had to rip mine open which I did to see if it was as silly as I expected.
