On Sunday, thirty three couples said “I do” on the stage of the Los Angeles Staples Center during the 56th Annual Grammy Awards. The couples, a mix of gay and straight couples, were married by officiant Queen Latifah in front of more than 28 million people. No matter how much of a spectacle the wedding might have been, the result is still the same.
