Starbucks Lawsuit Challenging Imputed Wages & Tax On Barista Tips Headed Back To State Court
The Ninth Circuit is sending a Starbucks “phantom wage” lawsuit back to state court. That was the ruling from the Court which found that the Oregon District Court did not have the authority to grant summary judgment.
