Have you finished your taxes yet?
I am a last minute filer. I am not ashamed of this. My life doesn’t seem to lend itself to advanced filing.
But I was blown away to see that Anne at The Golden Pencil already had her taxes done. That entry was written on February 3. Crazy.
That did, however, inspire my new poll over in the sidebar (psst, to your right).

I always use my return to test my software, but then file the extension and send it come September (electronically).

Turbo Tax baby! For simple returns, where you are not waiting on say a K-1 or you have to prepare a Schdule C it should be easy and really with software it makes it even easier since you can get your information downloaded.

Crazy? Compared to what? The years and years I didn’t file? lol… yeah, I’m at risk of being a total pain in the ass on this subject… ;)
