Kelly Phillips ErbJanuary 15, 2010May 19, 2020

This just in from the ABA:

The American Bar Association Section of Taxation announced the recipients of its 2010 Nolan Fellowships to be awarded during a luncheon at the section’s Midyear Meeting in San Antonio on Jan. 23. Nolan Fellows are young tax lawyers who are actively involved in the section and have demonstrated leadership qualities.

The six 2010 Nolan Fellows are:

  • Kelley Cooper-Miller, Reed Smith LLP, Washington, D.C.
  • Katherine David, Oppenheimer, Blend, Harrison & Tate, Inc., San Antonio
  • Eric Green, Convicer & Percy LLP, Glastonbury, CT
  • Kevin Jacobs, Ropes & Gray LLP, Washington, D.C.
  • Summer LePree, Holland & Knight LLP, Miami
  • Carlene Miller, Snell & Wilmer LLP, Phoenix

“We were able to choose six outstanding young lawyers from an impressive group of nominees,” said Stuart M. Lewis, ABA Section of Taxation chair. “These individuals have demonstrated a commitment to our organization and its work, and represent the future leaders in tax law,” he said.

Each one-year fellowship includes the waiver of meeting registration fees and assistance with travel to some section meetings.

Congrats to each of the Fellows!
