7 Days To Go: Will The Super Committee Make Its Deadline?

For those of you keeping score at home, the so called “super committee” has seven days left until it hits the November 23 deadline to fix the budget.

The committee, comprised of six Republicans and six Democrats finds itself nearly two months into the process of trying to fix a gaping hole in the budget: at $1.2 trillion over the next ten years. And yet, there’s been no real movement. At issue is whether and how much to raise taxes or make cuts in spending.

So what do you think? Will they make the holiday deadline? And if so, will the outcome be boosts in taxes, cuts in spending or some combination of the two?
