Philadelphia residents have a few more days to drink their soda excise tax-free. Judge Gary S. Glazer has dismissed a lawsuit filed by the American Beverage Association (ABA) and other businesses against the City of Philadelphia earlier this year to stop Philadelphia from collecting the tax.
