We were blown away by the reception and honored to be asked by readers to put the pieces together in a compilation. It could be something as common as running up too much credit card debt or as bizarre as tossing out your Bitcoin wallet by mistake. It could as easy as failing to take advantage of your employer’s 401(k) match or as specific as overspending on Halloween (though can you really ever overspend on Halloween?). Money mistakes happen and they happen to all of us. Share yours for a chance to win.

- Post your worst money mistake in the comments section below. I love those of you who follow me on Twitter and Facebook but for this particular giveaway, tweets and likes will not be counted.
- Don’t panic if your comment doesn’t show immediately. If it goes to moderation because, for example, you’re new here, the time stamp on your comment is what counts.
- Pingbacks and trackbacks, while appreciated, won’t count for purposes of the giveaway.
