As with the temporary unavailability of the online installment agreement, this is part of planned maintenance. The service is usually available Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
It is unavailable again, I tried to log on early during the day and afternoon. This is ridiculous that they have made this service unavailable, I was hoping to get my business started by the end of the month but by the way things are going it will probably be until February.
