Self-Employment Tax Break Noted in NY Times

Kelly Phillips ErbSeptember 30, 2010

It turns out that the news about the SE tax break hasn’t garnered much press outside of the tax world. I’m fairly surprised by the lack of coverage considering the target market but my guess is that it has a lot to do with the fact that the break is only for one year.

At any rate, the NY Times did care enough to cover it and were nice enough to ask me to comment for the article. You can catch the entire piece here.

Nice article and reference to you Kelly. But, I’d ask them to refer to you as Attorney Erb (if you can), rather than “Ms. Erb.” You worked hard to get that title and deserve to have it used.
