Guest Post: Fair Trade Act

Kelly Phillips ErbSeptember 2, 2011

Guest Post by Mark Overholt:

Congress should create a “Fair Trade Act” in order to balance imports to exports.

Stop paying entitlements to wealthy industry.

Regulate the profit margin for the pharmaceutical industry

Create a Presidential Executive Order for all government agencies, especially the department of defense to buy American.

While I personally am against Tax Cuts for the rich I believe there is a ½ waypoint in which revenues could be raised and spending could also be cut. But I also believe there will be no way of getting congress to act unless a party has full control of all three branches of government. Bipartinship is dead to republicans.
